I’m Clare, an accredited counsellor and supervisor in Weston-super-Mare. If you want to understand your thoughts and feelings so you’re more in control of your own wellbeing, I can support you to do this.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I have a range of skills and bring to the sessions those I think will be most helpful. I work with young people and adults, with a special interest in neurodiversity. Sessions can be online, in my practice room, or on walk and talk sessions.
We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential way to support you through any difficulties and help you find some answers.
I am an Accredited Professional member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and fully adhere to their ethical framework and guidelines.

Counselling is a talking therapy that can help with a range of emotional problems including stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, phobias and personal development.
I work with adults, young people and children either in a one to one therapy room in Milton Road, Weston-super-Mare, online or outside on walk and talks.
Each session is £50 and lasts one hour for adults and
50 minutes for young people.
